[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Vertuo machine and 3rd Nespresso machine. Just like the other 2 heats up quickly and makes the best coffee! Everyone is always impressed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Like Starbucks but at home!

With this nespresso, I am able to create copycat Starbucks recipes. I love their espressos! It’s just a quick tap then I am able to brew some espresso for my drinks!

Use to be a keurig user..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been a few good weeks and with all the varieties and the simplicity...this has been my best investment this year. I take the difference in espresso vs coffee no lingering flavors from old pods. The pods are desposed into a bin it makes for such a simple clean up and recycling option. I will no longer be a keurig user this is the only coffee/espresso machine for me !

Most unreliable machine I’ve ever had

Have returned this machine twice now, both models worked for a few months then just stopped brewing. Tried descaling and cleaning and nothing worked. Frustrating!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review, Smeesh. We’re disappointed to learn that your Vertuo Next is not performing to your expectations. We certainly want your Nespresso experience to be special and exactly to your satisfaction.
We’re happy to see you were able to speak with a Machine Expert and arranged to receive a replacement machine. Please allow us to provide some user tips that may help. When turning on your machine, allow the machine to warm up. The light will begin to pulse slowly for about 30 seconds, indicating the “warm-up” phase. Once the light is steady the machine is ready for use. Insert your Nespresso capsule, and ensure the lever is fully locked with a slight click sound. For best maintenance for your Vertuo Next, we recommend to always eject the used capsule after every use, run the Clean Cycle once a week to eliminate coffee grounds build up within the brew unit, and descale your machine every three months. All removable spare parts, including the water tank, should be washed by hand at least once a week.

Best at home coffee

I don’t even like going to get coffee anymore. When I brew coffee at home for less I can’t complain. Nepresso brews such a smooth and flavorful cup. I have loved everything I’ve tried so far.
