Perfect Coffee/Espresso

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] USE DISTILLED WATER IN NESPRESSO MACHINES. This will save you a tone of headaches. I do not have to clean the inside of my machine when i use distilled water. And if you do have to clean it, it will be much less frequent when compared to regular water.
First off let me say that I am a huge fan of Nespresso. I now have this machine and the original line machine with the built-in milk frother, and it is amazing, it is about to turn three years old. I am quite surprised that I like this machine with the Vertuo capsules. I had tried it before in a Nespresso store and did not like the flavor, this was many years ago. The new Vertuo plus now has the capacity to automatically pour many kinds of coffee without having to adjust the pour size yourself. While this is extremely helpful it also makes the Vertuo capsules proprietary, which I do not like. With that being said, I have never found a knock-off capsule in the original line that even comes close to the taste of a Nespresso capsule. Nespresso makes the best quick coffee hands down.
I honestly do not even know how to use this machine as it has done everything for me except put the water in. I like the option of single coffee, double espresso, and single espresso, it makes those three very well. This machine is very thin and is small. The best thing about it is the adjustable cup holder. You can pour a tiny cup or a 20oz thermos, by simply lifting it out of one slot and putting it in the one you want. Overall, I am very pleased with the machine. I do think the pod lock is a little hard to close, just a little.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vertuo Next is a great product, this product is easy to use. This product fits nice on counter, very stylish and modern looking. The finish is also nice and matches my appliances in my kitchen. Features are very nice as well and the machine is compact. I love the one touch brew with this machine. This product comes with a cute mug that fits nicely under machine. The pods are so small and conveniently made. The pods can be purchased in any grocery store and would make a great gift for college students or office settings. The quality of drink is amazing, tastes great rich and authentic.
Pros: Convenient, Makes Delicious Espressos, Does not take up too much room on my countertop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice little coffee maker. It looks sleek and doesn't take up much room which is great because I have limited counter space. I like that I can make multiple sizes of coffee, my favorite is the 18 oz cup. I also started to enjoy espresso thanks to this machine. Its nice to not have to change setting and adjustments and just push a button.

Great Coffee but inconsistent machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the coffee and espresso this machine makes but we’ve had issues with the machines. Our first one stopped working, worked again, then was inconsistent with the ounces brewed, then leaked, and ultimately stopped working altogether. Nespresso’s customer service is great and they helped us every time we contacted them. They ultimately sent us a new machine. I think ounces brewed are still off sometimes but we’ve had no other issues so far. We’re only had the new machine for 2 weeks so I hope it continues to work without any other issues

2 Years and Going Strong!

I received my Vertuo Next for Christmas in 2020. After receiving it I was so excited until I was reading reviews saying how terrible the machine, problems with leaking, etc. I got nervous as to whether I should ask the gifted to return the machine for a different model. However, I thought to give it a fighting change. Over 2 years later and the thing is still working like a pro! I’ve gotten several others to get Nespresso machines after serving them drinks made on my Next. If you’re thinking of getting this machine but are scared of the negative reviews, GET IT! Angry people are the loudest and happy people tend to not write reviews as much. Just make sure to maintain the machine, use it properly, and reach out to customer support if something goes awry rather than taking to Internet forums! Cheers!

He noticed how much I was loving the ease and convenience of making amazing coffee drinks and gifted me one for my birthday. I have been enjoying it ever since! The espresso is delicious and knowing it’s there waiting for me in the morning helps get me going.
My sister was visiting me and fell in love with my machine too so I got her one for her birthday! We are becoming quite the Nespresso family!
