Samsung Fold 8. Stick on ring for Androids comes off with the grip and does not stay stuck on the phone. The middle pop up item . does not easily lay back flat when done without doing work to get it back flat. The grip is too big for the Fold 8 if you use magsafe case. Using metal ring for finger grip hurts finger after a while. I bought 2 of these and gave one to my son for his iphone. Works better with iPhone or full size android with magsafe case. Good concept needs some tuning to be best grip ever. Folks that give 2 stars or lower should get free new generation grip with in exchange for review update.

The older models had magnets that let you phone stick to anything now my phone won't even stick to my car mount but the design is awesome

I had the regular ohsnap grip before but I really love that this one has the phone propper-upper and that it isn’t loose and just flips out on its own like other ones can. I only wish there were more color options

Great with a catch

I love the original! The adhesive was Eh But I loved the whole setup, I was digging the new style that had the stand and I love it and I use it! The magnetic is awesome I love this grip! I even love how there’s no more adhesive, the catch? It won’t charge with my MagSafe changers, you have to remove the grip! That’s the only reason I give it 4 stars. The last version let it charge and this doesn’t, I did buy their stand and charger and hopefully it will work and charge. My wife’s belkin charger for the iPhone will sometimes work if you play with placement, my Anker doesn’t!

Not what I expected

While the magnet was strong, I expected the stand to easily rotate without moving the magnet. But you have to rotate the magnet. The finger grip to supposedly make holding easy, was made of hard thin plastic and very uncomfortable to use. I thought it would be at least a stretchable fabric holder. The pop-up mechanism for the finger holder quickly broke, so I could no loner push it down and stay in place. So keeping the magnet on the phone to use the magnet stand was pointless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Slap & Snap on My Phone

I am minimalist and prefer my phone to be streamlined. My phone is part of my EDC as I am sure it is for most people. OhSnap enable me to merge two or three functions; MagSafe stand, pop-up grip, and magnetic mounting capability. This is a great product all around.
