Warranty was made right

I had the Oh Snap Grip Stand for a couple of weeks and I tried to use the finger loop. When I pulled it out, it wouldn’t go back in. I emailed the warranty deptartment, and the warranty was approved. The replacement product was sent out to me within a week. Thank you so much! I love my grip and stand!

It’s just “ok”. The magnet still doesn’t hold to my car mount as strong as the previous models, and honestly it’s a little hard pulling up the kick stand when it’s laying flat down. The stand is also already starting to chip because I can’t always get grab it the first time. Overall, 3/5 attempt. Better than other grips, but worse than their previous models.

Definitely recommend. This is my 3 generation of snaps and by far my favorite. I love the ability to vertically prop my phone without using a stack of books or separate stand that isn’t readily available. And the fact that you can rotate the magnet to manipulate it further is a huge plus! I don’t particularly use wireless charging so losing that feature with the magnet in place doesn’t really impact me at all - although it’s easy enough to remove for those that do!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been buying ohsnap! phone grips since they started on Kickstarter. I have purchased every version over the years, and all of the mounts. This, by far, is the best one yet. The took what I already thought was their best design, and somehow made it even better!The smooth spin is even smoother. The grip is somehow more comfortable and feels stronger. And that kickstand? LOVE LOVE LOVE! It is super sturdy at any angle you place it at. I have the Samsung S24 Ultra, which is considerably heavy in my opinion. The kickstand can hold it perfectly, no matter how I set it. And being able to open it entirely and hook it on to something is so cool. Well done!The only suggestion I can make is to make the adhesive for the android phones a bit stronger. I've had to super glue the metal ring onto my case a few times.

Works very well on my new z fold 8 Mag safe case. Plus it has a very thin profile that makes it nice for pocketing my phone. The stand is also very secure and practical

Bought this because my Walli style wallet and finger grip kept stretching out. I tried another magnet style that used an elastic strap for the finger grip, which was too tight. This one gives me two options for a finger grip, and both are just right! They're on the pricey side, but they feel like good quality that should last and come with a guarantee. What more can you ask for?
