Cool idea but not great

I'll start with the stand works as intended. It's sturdy and can hold the phone (mine is s23 ultra) at any position. The bad, the magnet isn't even close to being strong. I had the gen2 version of the ohsnap grip and it would attach to the ohsnap desk stand just from throwing it across the room and you'd have to pry it off. This new stand/ grip barely holds on. It took me a good 30 seconds of fumbling it around on the stand magnet just to get it to grab and it's easily knocked off. The magnet also isn't strong emg to hold it if you used to stick it on the side of anything metal, which I used to do. Now the phone will just slide down whatever it is you've tried to attach it to. Secondly it doesn't allow charge through. I assume they thought if you used charge through them you couldn't use the grip anyway so they just got rid of that option so now you'd have to remove the grip to use charge through leaving you with the grip just sitting around or in your pocket while you're using magnetic charge. Lastly, there's no adhesive for the grip. I understand that's probably so you can turn the stand around and position it but it also makes it fall off your phone easily. The stand itself it so tight that sometimes when trying to pull it out or fold it back it will just pop the grip off the back of the phone. If I could return it, I would. I'm not going to be using this product for these reasons and go back to my gen2 grip.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

weaker magnets?

i love the new design with the stand but the magnet feels weaker than the older oh snaps. i have the snap charge in my car but my phone keeps falling off ever since i switched to the new oh snaps.

MagSafe does not work

The stand works fine. The Magsafe however does not work at all. My phone falls off of every charger and holder I have. The old small mount used to work 10x better. This big one does not stick at all even to metal surfaces.

This product is amazing!!It is exactly as described as advertised!I was skeptical at first because my iPhone 17 has a protective case, but this item sticks to the phone strongly! Its stand is very sturdy, including its finger grip! Thickness is similar to the camera protrusion! I highly recommend!Con: It is pricey!

I love my snap grip stand! It’s super thin, very lightweight, and sturdy! I originally ordered the silver one, but they were on backorder so was able change my order to the purple one! Glad I got the purple one, it matched my case better!!

I had one of the originals and had enjoye it so much that when it broke, there wasn’t any doubt I’d replace it with another one. When I went to the site I found the Snap Grip Stand. I have been even happier. The Oh Snap grip is come to love PLUS the stand, all in a small form factor. It’s also very easy to move back-and-forth between phones. Really a great accessory.

The Snap Grip Stand works great. Comfortable to hold and the phone stand has numerous ways to hold your phone up. The one drawback for me is it won’t work on my charger. I have to remove the Snap Grip Stand every night in order to charge it. Was disappointed my charger won’t work with the stand.
