I have ordered several lower priced, similar products and returned them all. Then decided to spend the ones on OhSnap. It was worth every penny. It has all the features that I want and is thinner and lighter than all the others I tried.

SNAP GRIP STAND

It's a great stand for what it does. It feels good in my pocket it attaches directly to the magnet on my car without having to take it off. It's super slim and we can barely feel it in your pocket. It feels like it's a part of the case. The pop out finger grip is decent but I'm not a huge fan of it as of this moment but it does what it needs to do. I'm happy with the purchase.

I went from the original oh snap grip with adhesive backing and took the leap to this new one. The stand is impressive, but the magnetic-ness leaves much to be desired in comparison to its predecessor. I have a little oh snap disc that I stuck on my bathroom mirror, and this one does not stick to it. It falls off immediately. It sits precariously on the magnetic mount in my car and is prone to fall off when driving over potholes. It does stick quite well to my device even with a phone case, and charge through kind of works but not very well.

I liked the concept, and I loved OhSnap since the birth of it from crowdfunding. They've come a long way since the 1st oblong version, which I tried to love when it first came out. I love the Luxe 4 grip. This grip is perfect! So I thought this would be the same quality, but better with the stand function. Stand grip works well, but it does not stick as well as the luxe 4 version did on the stands or mounts. I have been using the using an ohsnap stand and wireless charger for yrs with no problem, but with this new grip (5 I think), the phone is not as secure on either the stand or wireless charger. I use the ohsnap wireless charger in my bedroom and car, but after trying it out on the magnetic charger, it does not stick as securely as with the luxe 4, so therefore, I know that it will fall off if I use it in the car. I also use an ohsnap stand on my desk (I still have the magnetic one from yrs ago), and it sticks onto the stand, but a light nudge knocks the phone off, which defeats the purpose of having a stand if I can't use it with the newest grip. Don't get me wrong, it sticks fine on metal, but just not well on either of the ohsnap stand or mounts. So I'm back using the luxe 4 and hope the next version will have the same sticking strength as the luxe 4 version.

No Longer Charges With Case

I've had Oh Snaps from almost the beginning. I still have the gen 4 and 5 on my other backup phones (S25, 16 Pro Max). I got this new Grip Stand (for my new Z Fold 7) and noticed right away that it's slightly thicker than the 4 and 5 and because of that the wireless qi charger, that I bought from oh snap, can no longer charge through the grip+case. I tried using the gen 4 and 5 on my new Z Fold 7 and it charges perfectly fine on the oh snap wireless charger. This is a huge bummer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
