Excited then disappointed...

I've been a long time user of ohsnap, to the point that every vehicle and my desk has the snap stand or snap mount. I love the functionality of the snap grip stand but it doesn't "stick" to the mounts. The stand will be great for my desk and I can remove that mount. But, it doesn't stick to the mount in my vehicles. One tiny bump this morning and my phone was on the floor of my car :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The stand it great. So slim and secure. My only complaint is that I have to remove it to wirelessly charge my iPhone.

The snap grip stand is a great item the stand makes it so great to use the phone in any position you want to use it in and the finger grip comes in so handy.

I was an early adopter back to the Kickstarter days. Since then, I’ve only used Ohsnap. However, like other fans of your products, I’ve noticed the newest snap with the kickstand does not properly fit the car mount. Will you be retooling the car mount?

The grip / stand does everything it say it should do. The only wish is they were able to find a way to keep the passive charging.Over all very satisfied with this purchase.

I have been an Ohsnap customer since the very beginning on Kickstarter, I have every single Ohsnap grip and every single attachment. there's a lot to love about this new stand. However, it does not work with the desk stand or the car mount anymore and that is very frustrating. I find myself having to fold out the stand to the side for it to still attach to those. And even then, if I accidentally bump it slightly, it falls right out because the attachment is not strong. I don't know if that means this needs to be adjusted for a slightly smaller puck or if those items need to be adjusted, but I would love for it to work natively with other oh snap items.

I have had this for about a month or so and I keep WANTING to love it. I just can't. My complaint seems to be echoed by others: weak magnets, poor charging, less than stellar contact with my car charger (and home charger). It's very strange. I have been purchasing the newer models of Ohsnap! (for a pretty penny) for a couple of years now. THIS should have been the penultimate purchase for my needs. Sadly it falls flat. 2 stars because 1 would make it seem utterly useless. The stand works nicely (IMHO). I'll go back to my older grip :-(
