Dropped Phone while open

I dropped my phone while this was open now my ring is warped and wont close all the way. Hopefully i can bend it back but so far I can't. Was great till it happened. Don't really want to have to by another one. Oh snap please help.

Good with some quality of life issues

I love the functionality of this; the magnet, the stand, but the pop out function doesn't work as advertised. Maybe I got a defective one but I push it in where it says and it only slightly releases and I have to pull it out manually. I've also had it get stuck open where I need to bend one of the pieces back into place to get it to close. The thin plastic seems fragile but it does hold well. I have decent sized fingers and they stretch it a lot. Its not as comfortable sticking my finger through as I would have expected but it offers a firm grip. holding it with the ✌🏻 sign is nice and my preferred method. Overall it is a great product with some minor flaws.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Weaker magnet?

I’ve found Thad my new stand version grip does NOT hold onto my car charge mount as well as my original grip. I have to change cases if I drive.

I’m a long time Oh Snap user and I was so happy to see they finally added a kick stand. I also purchased the new popsocket low-pro with kickstand and I am happy to report that On Snap continues to be superior and my favorite because of the feel in the hand. I cannot stand how the pop socket feels on my fingers. Now I’m just hoping that the next version of this oh snap uses a stand similar to the popsocket as it takes less space on the back of the one and still allows the use on magnetic surfaces. With this oh snap I noticed that where I used to attach my phone (fridge, dryer) it slides down compared the the regular on snap 5 luxe.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Weak Magnets!

The stand is nice, but be aware that the magnets in the Grip Stand are not as strong as the Snap Grip. Sticks well to my refrigerator, but pops off my phone case when I try to remove it. It DOES NOT stick well to my existing stand magnetic chargers, magnetic car charger, magnetic furniture in my office, metal storage racks in my garage... basically everything that my original Snap Grip attached to. I really wanted to like it, but after a month and a half of frustration at home, at work and on a road trip, I guess I’ll just get another Snap Grip. Wish I kept the box to return this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better than original, but can use more

New Grip Stand better than the original, which would roll over when attempting to use as a stand both in portrait and landscape orientations. New stand works well for portrait mode, but limited lateral adjustment when viewing in landscape.Finger hold, like original, works to provide confidence when holding.

The magnets SUCK

I have an original snap grip that I've had since the Galaxy S24 Ultra came out & that/those magnets are still amazing after all these years. After reading some reviews I was hoping that those people were exaggerating about how weak these new magnets are, wish I would have listened and just bought another original because to say these magnets are weak is an understatement. Using it on a car mount is sketchy as buying sushi from a gas station. With the old snap grips I had to fight to get my phone off of the magnetic car mount, with these new ones, you better pray you don't hit a pot hole because your phone WILL fall off of it. For everything else or other functionality it is great,I do love having it just wish the magnets were as good as the original.
