Cannot use re-usable k-cups with model, but not ju

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product gifted by the brand for free in exchange for my honest review.
This is my first coffee machine that I've gotten to play around with. My mom was never a fan of how much countertop space they took up. The biggest bummer for me was the fact that you cannot use a re-usable k-cup with this system. I much prefer using re-be usable things and cutting out plastic wherever I can. The thing I enjoy is that you can use compostable coffee filters for coffee or tea. This machine isn't just for coffee lovers. You can make hot cocoa from a k-cup with this as well. I used loose tea in a coffee filter. It along with actual coffee grinds in a filter both came out watery I noticed, which was a bummer. So I need to see if there's a way to fix that or if it's just the model. But when I do a k-cup with the same command of 'rich', it comes out strong. Overall I'm pretty happy with the fact that it can be used for things besides coffee. But wish I could use the re-usable k-cup containers.

Huge disappointment

We bought this to replace an older Ninja coffee maker that we loved, expecting that we would like this new model as much.
We were wrong.
Not only is coffee just is not as good, by the pod or by the pot, frequently the coffee is just plain bad.
The brew basket gets clogged very frequently, resulting in less than a full cup or less than a full pot, usually very muddy. Also the “open” lever to brew does not stay in position.
This model of coffee maker is a huge disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing coffee maker!

I have this machine for about a month now and I love it! it’s a bit large and I have to pull from under my cabinets to use it but it’s nice. I love that I can make drip coffee or pods. I really like the settings and availability to make hot or iced coffee! I am glad I invested in this machine!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this 2 days ago and we're in love with this machine already. I've used Mr. Coffee for years and was tired of some aspects of making coffee with it. I'm so glad I switched brands.

Great features, needs a reset.

I just returned my 2nd machine. Love the concept, can’t fully clean and the plunger grows mold, no matter if you drain 90% of the time every day after having coffee.

I'd been looking at dual brewers when I saw this and purchased it. I love it! I've only had it for a short period of time and, so far so good. I believe if anything should happen, Shark will take care of it. Also I was able to get it cheaper from the company than I could from a department store. Thank you!
