Difficult to load/unload; Unbalanced

I have a 3 cook mode Crispi. Excited to upgrade. This new Pro just feels like an accident waiting to happen. It is not balanced. You really have to thrust the containers into position, but the base isn’t heavy enough to stay in place. So with one hand you have to hold the base and then load the container with one hand. It’s the same when you try to remove the container… except everything is hot. I had to stop and put on baking mittens to load the container mid way to avoid burning myself. Again, I had to hold the base down. I also noticed that sometimes the Pro didn’t register the container was in. I really had to push the container in hard. Just not a great user experience. I do like the light and the controls. It cooked great. I do wish this came in a more neutral palette, dark gray, or stainless steel to match my other appliances. But, that didn’t impact my rating.

Ninja is turning me into a baker!

Used my Crispy Pro for the first time tonight. Absolutely love it! Had the crispi 4 in 1 Previously. The pro is more spot on with the temperature. I absolutely love the light. I like how the container locks in I love all of the different cooking options. My only complaint is that there needs to be more recipes in the booklet that comes with it. I’m having a really hard time finding recipes for it. Yes I can create my own recipes, but I always like to look at recipes for ideas. I am not a baker, but I made the most amazing garlicky dinner rolls following the recipe in the booklet tonight they were out of this world delicious! That’s really why I want recipes for more baking ideas. I can come up with plenty of dinner ideas on my own. I made a bottom round beef roast with planked russet potatoes for dinner tonight along with the garlic dinner rolls.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broke after 2 uses

Broke after 2 uses. The 2.5 quart isn’t recognized anymore so it gives a add pot error. 5 quart switch works fine. But these parts should not break so easily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

BIG MISTAKE

I bought this a month ago because all we needed from the Ninja Crispi was a bigger container... They RUINED an amazing thing! This has a stand that makes it difficult to slide the dishes into, the shallow pan is USELESS because grease splashes up and creates a TON of smoke in just a few minutes, and they added a bunch of different settings that aren't needed. Why mess with the perfect design you had with the Ninja Crispi where you just sat the top on the dish? Very disappointed, this is NOT worth the money. Go buy a Ninja Crispi. And Ninja please make a 6 quart that works with that because this new thing is trash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a big piece of crap. I regret buying and will keep using this until it breaks, which won't be long because my Shark vac didn't last a year. Call me bitter but I will never purchase another Shark product. You can not use this properly, it is a big pain.
