great sound great picture great apps. love this tv, it is one of the most stylish tv sets I've ever seen and looks great in my living room.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight

Great tv remote shoud lite in background

there are 2 parts To this remote.
front lights up.
the remote keyboard on the back should have a lite.
not sure why they or Samsung could misss something
So simple. if I had To guess it would be the battery life would be affected.
beside This small detail of front of Remote keyboard being able To be alluminated, the TV is Awesome.
great for downloading.
This TV will bed the front runner. Prices are still. the same too. So I am glad the y Did not slash the price by 75% after my Purchase. I know by that demand is High

This is an absolutely gorgeous looking product.. But there are some LED bleeding that is visible during the dim lit viewing condition, while showing dark regions.. The apps are all awesome but very slow.. This TV definitely gives you everything you want but only if you can wait for them to load.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, a lot of features
Cons: backlit clouding, slow processing of apps
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had HD TV's, but this one is the best I have ever seen - the picture is fantastic, even on standard TV, HD, DVD & BR looks even better!
It was very easy to hook up and browse the internet, features are amazing too.

The TV I've always wanted.

The picture is perfect. It's clear and sharp and we truly enjoy watching all our movies in 3D. Yes, the 3D upconversion works very well and there is not a thing negative I can say about it. Simply put, we love this TV. We use the wireless connection to our router, and we watch HBO Go and Netflix without any lag at all. The Smarthub is nice, although I still haven't had time to use it much. We use the ARC (Audio Return Channel) to pipe the sound back to our receiver and from there to our ceiling speakers. That's a very nice feature!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, arc (audio return channel)

Great TV. I love the display and all the options I have with it. Plenty of hook ups for all my gaming and video needs. Love the smart hub and all its apps.

No 5.1 Sound from Apps on TV

Unfortunately, just learned that Apps from the TV won't play volume (5.1) to my Amplifier.
More details... I've connected my DVD and Cable box to the TV via HDMI. I then utilize the Optical Audio Out from the TV to my Amplifier and sound from both the DVD and Cable Box sound great (there doesn't appear to be any sound loss from routing through the TV). However, the Netflix App on the Samsung TV won't play audio via my Amp. I'm forced to only use the TV speakers for Apps on the TV.
Fortunately, the other features and picture on the TV are excellent.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color
Cons: sound for apps won't play in 5.1
