Great vent hood ! Remote is small

So far the vent hood is great, the remote is small and easy to lose. Which happened during construction work. Requested to get a new one and am waiting on response. But so far so good.

I would love to change the lights to a whiter cast. These are very blue. Are there options for this? Other than that I love the hood.

Product showed up in timely manner. Had it installed. Super excited about it! 6 weeks later it's not operating. Customer service has been responsive to help with the issue at this point. Will update once repair is completed.

Product was shipped quicker than expected for such a low-volume unit. That was great.
The not so great part is that the product work as expected when testing before installation; but after installation, it started operating erratically. Now I have to get it serviced even before ever going in to operation.

Very quiet and neat looking but bigger than expected. The small remote control works only if it is directly projected under the unit.
