Good tv but glossy screen

This TV is great for the money. However there are a few cons. 1 glossy screen, even small amount of light reflects. 2 the picture quality is to dark sometimes, can't turn up brightness without fear of burn in. But other than that its great for the price. Also the processor is a little slow loading aps.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Good TV, not as "smart" as I hoped

I was looking for a TV with good image quality at reasonable price and I'm confident I found that in this TV.
However, since my HTPC, that was running XBMC, also needed replacement I was hoping that paying just a little more for a smart TV would actually allow me to avoid this added replacement expense as well, although my expectations in this regard were very low. As such, I must admit the smart capabilities of this TV far exceeded my expectations and actually comes close to meeting my needs. The interface isn't as polished or responsive as I was used with XBMC, but it would have been OK. The issue is that although this TV supports a number of video formats and resolutions it doesn't have enough for my needs. This shortcoming is disappointing as even my smartphone can play all of my video files, maybe someday with a firmware upgrade . . .
So although I won't be using the smart features very much, I am very pleased with the TV itself, which is really why I purchased it in the first place.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great till it's out of warranty

This is the 2nd Samsung TV I will own. Never again. The online chat is pretty much useless. It,s never the TV's fault. This smart TV is not so smart, it can't find the network wirelessly. It's the last Samsung TV i will own!
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Its a great product I honestly am content.I am not tech smart but I do know me eyes don't fail you when it comes to a tv your eyes tell you what you need to know.

Great Product But...

The picture is great, the 3D is great, the suite of internet apps is great. One problem came up during the first yeat: the wifi module went bad. Thankfully, Samsung sent a rep out to replace it. Love this much better than my Samsung 40 inch 3D LED.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: wifi module went bad and needed to be replaced.

Best TV I've ever owned

By far, this is the best TV I've ever owned. I purchased it based on reviews and have not been disappointed. The Smart Apps are great as I am an Amazon Prime Member which opens up a huge library of on-demand movies/tv shows. I own other Samsung products and am equally satisfied with the qualify and durability. I plan to purchase another TV in the near future and will only be looking at Samsung. While the 3D functionality is more of a novelty, I find it to be fun and sometimes enjoy the feature.
