THE PICTURE QUALITY IS OUTSTANDING! MANY APPS ARE AVAILABLE AND VERY EASY TO SET UP AND USE.

I have had the TV for 6 weeks and so far I'm quite impressed with it. The picture, the quality, and the fun playing with all the apps.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Nice Smart TV but too smart for me :(

Lightweight, good looking and a stellar picture. Really like the built in wi-fi. I created an account so I could use the features but the unit would not allow me to finish my account data. It would not work properly unless I entered my birthdate. When I did this I got an error message that Samsung services are only for person under 14, then it deletes my birthdate. I even entered the birthdate of a 12 year ols and got the same error. Went online to this site and my account does not contain birthdate info????
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: software needs debugging

Excellent TV, love the color and HD capabilities. I wanted this TV for the SmartHub, overall satisfied with it, but there is always room for improvement. I was a bit disappointed with the web browser, as there were times when some media on certain websites was not accessible. Apps are updated regularly and the experience has improved over 6 months. To be perfectly honest, I am very happy with my purchase, since the most important thing is picture quality in a TV, and this plasma delivers.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color

It was especially easy to set up. Picture is great -- glad we got a plasma this time. Sound is just fine for us, but we don't use any fancy equipment. Time will tell how much we like the television in the long run.

i dare somebody to find a better picture or a better smart tv for the money!!!! the only thing i miss is the on off medley. so if your smart you will buy this smart tv

Just up gradede to a 51" from a 37". What a differance. I love the picture, the web, and size. Samsung is the way to go.

One of the best TV's I've ever had. Had the previous model and when my grandson broke the screen I bought the new version with the Smart TV technoligy and it's Super. I ONLY buy Samsung for best price and product.
