The Samsung PN51E550 is a great plasma tv, without having to spend too much $. It has a 1080p display and is 3D ready, and combined with a plasma display, I think it is one of the better tvs currently available. While I haven't used the "Smart TV" functions and apps very much, it is a nice option to have on this model. The only "negatives" about this tv, which aren't really negatives at all, are that the sound is a little low (probably due to the down-firing speakers) and there is a bit of glare on the tv throughout the day. Overall though, I would highly recommend this tv to anyone!

Like the tv,great picture. The only problem is that you cannot use headphones with any of the apps, such as Netflix and Pandora.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: no headphone jack, no way to connect headphones

it is a great tv the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars in the 3d quality is not as great as i'd expect

A great TV for the money

It's a good tv but I do prefer my previous LCD 46" tv to this plasma version. It is good and the colours are great.
Overall I am not completely blown away by it but it is a very good tv for the money. Well worth purchasing
