Great tv for the price

I think this television is a great value for the price. The picture is awesome, including the 3d function. The only part I do not like is the interface for the SMART TV functions. The features/apps seem to take a long time to load, although that could be due to my slower wireless connection. All in all a great tv though.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color
Cons: smart/internet features not easy to use
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a wonderful product. My only statement against it is the sound could be a little better.

Fantastic economical HDTV

I got this TV for my wife because she wanted something with 3D, and she loved the rich colors of plasma. We've had no issues with it, and it's a fantastic upgrade from my old TV I had.
My only issue is the built-in speakers, because they are sub-par, even for rear-facing speakers. A soundbar fixed that, though.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: build in speakers are weak.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have this plasma for about a week and wow what a beautiful tv.The picture is great and the features are really nice.Smart tv 3D full 1080p on a tv for the money can't be beat.I have zero buzz and after just a bit of tweaking the picture is awesome.The only thing i can say bad is the tv does have alot of glare.Other than that I have no complaints with Samsungs new E550 series.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight, smart features are a bonus
Cons: glare

Just got this tv so far i find the display mind blowing good, the blacks are very black,,, but over all the crystal clear display is amazing.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

The tv was purchased to replace an older zenith 50" plasma tv that died. Setup was easy. It's much lighter than the old one. The on screen menus are simple and easy to understand. It downloaded updates and installed them with no problems. The overall picture quality is very good. Color saturation is leaps and bounds above my old set. Sound is adequate for internal speakers. Now the cons. The base seemed somewhat cheap with plastic parts and small screws that don't look like they would hold the set, however once it was together it seems to be fine. I'm having an issue with the "smart" part of the tv where I can't connect to login or the samsung apps portion without getting an error. Wireless is up and working and I can access a web browser and download updates, but every time I click on the samsung apps it says network interruption error 10. I also get an error if I try to use the Ipad remote. Perhaps this is simply a configuration error or an install problem since the set is so new, and I haven't had a lot of time to play with it. I will edit my post later if i get it worked out. Other than the errors on the internet portion of the tv overall i am very pleased with the picture and sound.
