It feels like having a smart laundry partner that actually understands what I throw at it. The energy efficiency is one of my favorite features. I’ve noticed a real difference in how much I’m using without sacrificing performance. It handles a variety of load styles with ease, and I never feel like I’m compromising between power and efficiency.

Having a single unit that both washes and dries without needing to transfer clothes is a game changer, especially for busy schedules. In the UK, these are everywhere, and it was surprising how much we came to rely on that simplicity. This Samsung unit brings that same efficiency stateside, and it does it really well.
The ventless design was another huge plus. Installation was straightforward, and not needing an external vent gives you a lot more flexibility in placement. It’s perfect for tighter laundry spaces or homes that weren’t originally set up for traditional dryers.
Performance-wise, it’s been excellent. Clothes come out clean, and the drying cycle—while a bit longer than a standard dryer—is consistent and reliable. It’s also noticeably gentler on fabrics, which has been a bonus.
Overall, this unit has been one of the best purchases we made after our move. It combines convenience, space-saving design, and solid performance into one package. We’re both working parents so being able to throw a basket in the wash or before bed and not have to worry about that musty smell when we’re finally able to get to it. And the reservoirs for detergent and softener are fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the washer was still professionally however I had to self install as I forgot to choose install this it was great however arrived brand new 100% And 100% and it was easy to install with the assistance of several other of my friends as the washer is very heavy one point of interest you should make a note of definitely request the install service because it goes along a lot quicker Wise Equipment install it properly.

The capacity has been great and it will fit almost anything we put in it. It is also great how automated everything is. The only downside is that sometimes not everything comes out totally dry but I think most of that is just energy saving settings.
