Dead compressor - warranty is a joke

Compressor died on the unit and getting 10 year warranty honored is an absolute joke.
Nothing worse than having to find a laundromat to go to because the incredibly expensive washer you own breaks and Samsung drags their feet to provide a solution. Steer clear

All in one that exceeded expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were hesitant to try an all in one, but since it's now just my wife and myself we decided to give it a shot after seeing favorable reviews and teardowns on YouTube. Installation for the vented unit was very straightforward, nothing out of the ordinary for a similar separate washer/dryer.
We've been using it for 2 months now, and we're very happy. The quality of the wash has been good, along with all the washing options. Drying is fast, and overall a wash and dry is faster than expected. It's great to put a load of laundry in and then it's dry and ready to put away. No more forgetting to transfer from the washer to the dryer.
My only complaint was using the pedestal with this unit, initially it wouldn't spin due to shaking and unbalanced load. I repeatedly ensured it was perfectly level using a 4ft level so that wasn't the problem. What ended up solving the shaking issue was putting weights into the pedestal along with shock absorbers between the washer and pedestal. The shock absorbers alone didn't work. Having weights in the pedestal defeats the purpose of the storage drawer, but raising the washer up was the ultimate goal.
