This is a lot to take in!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivery communication was organized and punctual. Delivery men were courteous and helpful. Product was huge and heavy which means it's not cheap, in every sense of the word. ATM, I'm doing my very first load so, can't tell the quality of the wash yet though, I'm expecting it to be better. The power reset I did after the first load fixed the pad or screen which was stuck on "Registering" mode. Online says it's could be a glitch with the Smart Things app. After the wash and dry, I obserbed lint stuck around the rubber gasket. Hopefully that will go away and will not affect the colors of my next load.
I would also like to mention my disappointment that after it was unwrapped in front of me by the delivery people, there were prominent scratches around the glossy part of the washer door. There was also a deep scratch on the side of the unit. Brand new and yet with scratches!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] makes life easier having an all in one unit. no more switching clothes from washer to dryer. set the detergent and fabric softener and it lasts for months. cleaning is a breeze as the unit reminds you when to empty the lint trap. we get alerts to our smart tv when the wash is done. super convenient with all the various wash and dry cycles to fit our families needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is AWESOME! Love that I don't have to switch loads, and that the door opens itself when it's done. Although it might really, really suck if it breaks because I imagine that's not a cheap nor easy fix, but thats a problem for another day. When it's working as intended it saves you quite a bit of time. Oh and having the soap auto dispense is a great touch too!

I love this machine! it does everything except fold the clothes! The drums are larger than I thought -- for us that means no overstuffed loads of clothes. Rarely the heavier loads aren't quite dry, but it's super easy to add a few minutes more of drying time. And the large containers for detergent and fabric softener? Yay! I seldom have to deal with heavy bottles. I don't think that they missed any type of loads you would want to clean! Press the on button, select the washing cycle, and away you go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer/dryer combo is by far my favorite to wash clothes in. The capacity is decent and when full the clothing will still get cleaned. There are many cycle options to choose from and you can make your own combos. I feel the applicance is efficient and saves water and electricity. The screen is an appropriate size. set up a home automation in SmartThings to send a notification to my phone when the washer and dryer finish their cycles, saving me from forgetting damp clothes and it will also show on my tv.
