Excellent advance in laundry simplicity

The integrated, all-in-one technology is incredibly convenient and works seamlessly, delivering excellent wash and dry performance without the need to transfer loads. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product, great design. Used it only once so far. Washing performance could be better, not all stains came off. Drying took a little longer than expected.
During installation the top panel was dented in several places because the installer stepped on it in order to connect the machine. Obviously that should have been done differently. Quite disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only issue I have is when I’m using the dryer, it keeps stopping randomly even after I had already cleaned the filter completely. It keeps stopping and the only work around is to turn the setting to Timed Dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a 12 year-old Samsung set I previously owned and the upgrade was worth it. I love the black finish and there are more settings/combinations for washing and drying. Very happy I stayed with Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, it has washed and dried clothes amazingly. When we did a load of towels most of them were perfectly dry except a damp towel, but I think it's because we had too many. The UI is user friendly, but it's odd to have access to some android apps on your washer. Other than that, it's been great so far and the space savings is even better!
