[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only issue I have is when I’m using the dryer, it keeps stopping randomly even after I had already cleaned the filter completely. It keeps stopping and the only work around is to turn the setting to Timed Dry.

Cleans very well whole cycle on normal is one hour fifteen minutes. Gentle on clothes. Clothes well dryed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a 12 year-old Samsung set I previously owned and the upgrade was worth it. I love the black finish and there are more settings/combinations for washing and drying. Very happy I stayed with Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, it has washed and dried clothes amazingly. When we did a load of towels most of them were perfectly dry except a damp towel, but I think it's because we had too many. The UI is user friendly, but it's odd to have access to some android apps on your washer. Other than that, it's been great so far and the space savings is even better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was easy, setup fairly easy, small hiccup with the app but was able to figure it out. The capacity is decent and. Its design and feature packed, with smarthub installed. Unfortunately with the AI drying it doesn't get the clothes 100% dry the first time on jeans.
