[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product did a full load on normal setting finished in 3 hours. The towels were a little damp ran the dryer again and it was dried. The only issue im not sure is a issue when it spins its very loud. Im hoping thats normal and not some defect. Overall great product removed my 2 washer dryer in to one saves space. The AI technology is really smart increase the time if it feels it needs more time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you have Samsung phone with Smarthings you can control the washer cycle, capacity of water temp, it also shows you capacity of levels of the detergent and softener. It even tells you how much water and electricity used. It also tells you after certain cycles to self clean the drum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This combo is very efficient for people without much free time. It basically is smart enough to wash and dry your clothes and you are only responsible for putting in and taking them out. It also sends messages to your phone if there's a problem or when the cycle as concluded. The unit is large enough to reduce the number of loads as compared to a stand alone washer. The unit dispenses the detergent and softener in the right amount and that results in savings as well as fresh, clean smelling laundry.

Worst Washing Machine EVER

This is the worst investment we have ever made. It is so loud it literally sounds like a helicopter taking off! It also takes on average five attempts to start it!! It automatically goes in to HOLD mode when you are turning it on and is not easy to get out of this mode. Super annoying and not user friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving the all on one features. A little deeper than an normal washer or dryer so may not be perfect for small spaces. Easy to use and has an AI option for doingnyour laundry. Now to see how long this machine last. Clothes are coming out clean and dry. Cycle times are about right for a combo machine. Along with waiting on the durability will also have to wait on its energy usage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer/dryer extra large load capacity machine is amazing! I can wash big loads, comforters and towels with no problems. There are so many different load settings available to pick from that focus on specific needs, like whites, delicate, towels, etc.
I have had this washer for over 4 years now and it is still functioning the same as when I first bought it! When using the SmartThings app, I can control the load from another room, so the clothes can go from being washed, to dried, without me having to stop what I'm doing to transfer them into a dryer. It saves space - only one machine! And it washes everything REALLY well. I don't ever have to re-wash anything! It does a great job at getting stains out and just cleaning whatever I wash really well in general. I LOVE this Samsung washer/dryer! Definitely RECOMMEND!
