[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All in one washer/drier has been a wonderful addition to our 1 adult, 1 teen, and 1 little with a fur-dorable zooming household adopted cuddle loving cat. With large capacity detergent and softener tray each load is quickly started as "Sammy" (yep I name my appliances) senses each load to dispense the proper amount, plus out of all combos I have looked at this Samsung has thee best lint filter system to clean with built in squeegee!!! Making lint cleaning a breeze, I clean it after every load which takes only seconds! No need for adding extra drying time as vented system gets each load dry everytime! Would have given 5 stars if the door was able to be selected to open on right side, but that is a minor adjustment for this mom and tiny laundry room.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ran my first medium load of colors. Panel is great. Clean and easy to use. It was nice not having to transfer clothing. However, in this load was two towels. They were still damp after the normal setting cycle. Put it on timed dry dor 20 minutes. I decided to check on it after ten minutes and paused the machine. I waited, and waited and waited some more for the door to unlock just to check it. They were done. Stopped the timed dry. Overall, I am still excited about the machine, but I am definitely going to have to adjust the way I do laundry.

It's a Love/Hate relationship-pethair 🚫

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Samsung vented washer/dryer combo and overall, I’m impressed with its performance and convenience. The machine washes and dries clothes in one seamless cycle impressively well, which saves space and time. It’s easy to use, has a modern, intuitive interface, and the variety of wash/dry settings makes it versatile for everything from bulky bedding to quick refresh cycles.
One feature I love is how quiet and efficient it is compared to my old setup. It handles everyday laundry loads very well, but rocks out with stains. Don't get me started with the steam sanitize cycle, because im in love especiallywith me having so many pets (more than just the dogs, its basicly a small zoo lol), and the vented drying system (outside of first time learning the machine, and the machine learning our wash patterns) leaves clothes dry without the dampness I’ve experienced with other combo units.
My only real drawback: maintenance for pet owners, which is becoming more of a hassel, and I feel may cause issues down the road. I have four dogs, and I wish I had known that this unit doesn’t handle pet hair well. About once every four or five cycles, I have to stop and thoroughly clean the drum ring & the ring drain filter, washing machine clean out filter, and the lint trap air-passage area since the hair has started to accumulate on both sides of the trap (mostly the right where it exits out to the vent- top right back of machine) . Hair builds up quickly and clogs these parts if your not on top of it, which can affect airflow and drying efficiency. If you don’t have pets, this may not be a concern — but for homes with heavy shedding, it’s something to plan around your laundry chores for.
Bottom line:
If you want a quiet, space-saving all-in-one washer/dryer with solid performance and don’t have a lot of pet hair to deal with, this Samsung combo is a great choice. Pet owners should just be prepared for frequent filter and lint maintenance.

Leaves You With Wrinkles Clothes

If you wash a lot of cotton this product will leave it wrinkled every time. Even with the wrinkle guard setting to keep the dryer running after it's done. Large load, small load, doesn't matter. Wrinkled. To top it all off it doesn't even have a "Steam Refresh" dryer only cycle like some Samsung dryers do so you can't even use that to get wrinkles out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
