My New Toy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my AI Vented Laundry Combo and I must say I am impressed as well as nervous. Im impressed with the direction technology is going in and nervous because of my familiarity with having washer and a dryer not all in one. I have used it about 4-5 times now and so impressed on how it all works and the efficiency of washing and drying my and family clothes. From the delivery that went very smooth to my first wash, I have to say this is the best washer/dryer I've ever had. Some pros are I can control from my phone; it washes all at once, there are several cycles to choose from, I can watch YouTube as well as my ring doorbell right from my machine. One of my favorite pros is that I can fill the detergent and softener and forget about having to dispense with every load as it does it for me. With pros, there are some cons which include depending on the cycle my clothes may not be completely dry but that is a small fix, and the time displayed on machine for completion is off from what is displayed on my phone. With only having the machine less than a month, I am excited to of course keep using, becoming more familiar and for all the updates in the future. I would definitely recommend this machine to my friends and family. Samsung as a brand never disappoints.

Time-saving!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow is all I can say! This is by far one of the best inventions I've run across in a long time. I downloaded the smart things app and it makes it much easier. The fact that you don't have to fill the detergent and fabric softener everytime is also a plus! Also not having to switch the clothes every load makes it nice. The AI settings are very useful and I live the automatic drying time setting. The app makes it nice to get everything setup so you only have to press start. It has saved me so much room in my laundry room. I absolutely recommend this product!

My wife made me do it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unable to ultimately say “No” to the Misses, I finally gave into her pleads for the Samsung Bespoke AI, Laundry Duo. The biggest challenge we would face is the fact that our current Samsung dryer is gas and I am not set up for a 220 electrical plug which on this model, the specs clearly called for that. Now, I would need to convert my gas dryer hookup to electric. My wife is super lucky that we both really like this new duo machine! The thing I like most about the machine is that because it is connected to the smart things app, she and I both get a notification on our phone letting us know the load is complete. NO more clothes sitting in the dryer gathering wrinkles because one of us has forgotten about them. The other thing is my wife really likes is the fact that when she used to put a load in the washer about 50% of the time she would get distracted and it would sit in the washer long enough to begin to stink. No more! I’m definitely on her good side! This should carry me for a bit! Thanks Samsung!

The AI touchscreen also makes a huge difference when selecting load sizes and temperature settings. Having the automatic laundry dispenser below is also a very big plus to this machine. I absolutely recommend this product!

So Simple a Procrastinator Can Do it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot tell you how excited I was to get this machine. The washer and dryer it replaced was around 8 years old. I absolutely hated doing laundry and would put it off until I couldn't any longer. Regardless of what settings I chose the laundry wouldn't completely dry within a cycle (even when the units were new) and would get musty if another cycle wasn't started right away to finish drying.
To say that I had high expectations when it came to this new Samsung unit is an understatement. As soon as the delivery guys left, I spent the entire day testing this thing out. Setup was a breeze. I loaded the detergent and fabric softener into the machine and put it to work. I ran loads of all shapes and sizes. Clothing, bedding, towels, and rugs. Not only did they all come out clean but dry as well! This machine has a cycle for any situation. I love the AI bubbles option. I discovered a set in sauce stain on a comforter and threw it in with no pretreating, came out clean!
I love how easily this unit interacts with SmartThings. Gone are the days of getting up to check how long is left on the laundry. Just check the app! Forget to do the laundry until you're headed to bed? No problem with this machine - toss the load in and hit start. In the morning you'll be met with clean, dry, and fresh smelling clothes.
One thing I could not stand about my previous front load washer was the drum ring getting mold and mildew. I don't see that being an issue with this machine because it doesn't get a chance to hold in moisture since it dries your laundry as well. Not only this but it kicks the door open at the end of the cycle.
All in all, I love this unit. I am a stay at home mom with adhd - to say I'm forgetful is an understatement. This machine is a lifesaver. Thanks, Samsung!

I would buy two but there’s no need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There have been few electronics that I have purchased and have failed to find a couple of flaws.... I have met my match. Samsung has hit it out of the park with this washer/dryer combo.
I originally had the older combo technology that utilizes steam to dry your clothes. You would put dirty clothes in, and 5 to 6 hours later, clean clothes would come out completely dry and ready to be folded. I thought that this was the trade-off I'd have to make in order to provide myself with that convenience. FALSE.
The Samsung engineers have given me what I've been searching for, a washer that does a really good job at washing, and then puts it into a dry cycle with vented heating.
I have yet to encounter a cycle that takes more than 3 hours to complete on this new machine!
I could go on and on about the things that I love, but the one feature that takes the cake are the liquid dispensers. The machine will measure the weight of the clothes within the drum, and then automatically dispense from the large liquid containers the appropriate amount of detergent and softener.
If there is a single flaw I can find, it's around the cycle modes. I hope that in the future Samsung will provide us with the option to customize the current cycles or create custom ones of our own and save them permanently into the memory. But for now, I have found the necessary cycles to use through their suggested modes you can download from online. My husband is very grateful that we have gone down from using convoluted combinations to a simple AI wash for everything, perm press for delicates, and steam-sanitized for bedding and towels.
Everything about the machine makes sense, and I genuinely do not have an inkling of buyers remorse. Do yourself a favor and get one of these. My husband approves, which is a 1 in 10 chance!

Game changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer-dryer combo is hands down one of the most convenient and transformative purchases I’ve ever made for my home, which is saying alot as i tend to always buy things that i feel will make life easier. While traditional separate machines allow for simultaneous washing and drying, making it so i have several loads in que to fast track the job - this all-in-one unit has completely redefined laundry day for me. The ability to start a load before bed and wake up to clean, dry clothes ready for folding is nothing short of amazing and life changing.
As someone with ADHD, laundry has often felt like a multi-day chore that i LOATHE. this machine has made the process so seamless and efficient that folding no longer feels like a burden. The generously sized top surface has even become my go-to folding station, which helps me stay on task and avoid procrastination.
One of my absolute favorite features is the automatic detergent and softener dispensing system. I no longer have to think about measuring or remembering additives—it's completely effortless and incredibly helpful. The machine also includes a variety of smart features and even apps like Spotify. While I personally don’t use the Spotify function much (the speaker quality is underwhelming and we already have a fridge with it in the next room), it may appeal to others who enjoy a more connected home experience.
The AI-driven adaptive settings and the broad range of wash and dry cycles are truly top-tier.
There have been a few minor issues: occasionally during the spin cycle, the machine struggles even with moderate-sized loads, and the lint trap has shown some cosmetic wear due to trapped debris so im slightly concerned if debris slipping through the cracks will end up being an issue in the long run . Additionally, on rare occasions, the towel cycle has left them feeling stiff, as if detergent hadn’t fully rinsed out. These aren't frequent occurrences, but they are worth noting.
Despite these minor quirks, I genuinely love this appliance. It has made laundry feel more like a streamlined part of my routine rather than a dreaded chore, and I’m genuinely excited to keep using it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This All in one washer and dryer has revolutionized the way I do laundry! Not only do I not have to worry about adding detergent or softener with every load thanks to the automatic dispensers that utilize AI to determine the correct amount, but also it saves time with having the dryer function built in. I'll never forget to move my clothes to dryer again! Not only does the washer aspect get my clothes clean in a quick time, but the dryer functionality gets them fully dry without having to redry multiple times. After the circle is complete, the door pops open to ensure no moisture get trapped inside as well. I also like the way that the smart things app lets you see exactly where I'm the cycle you are, and you can control it from the app. The machine also talks to my other Samsung devices and pops up a notification on my Samsung TV to let me know when the cycle is complete. The only downside is how heavy this machine is, however it is understandable since it takes the place of 2 machines in 1. 10 out of 10, definitely get this machine if you can!
