A completely hands-free, continuous cycle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This all in one Samsung washer and dryer is balance ergonomics and convenience with the frustration of longer cycle times and maintenance. I never have to move heavy, wet clothes from the washer to the dryer. This eliminates bending and reaching, which is incredibly gentle on the back. You can load the machine, go run errands around Houston, and come home to clean, dry clothes. You will never have to wash a load because you forgot to switch it over before bed.

No mildew smelling laundry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a really problem of leaving clothes inside the washer and forgetting to put in the dryer, which led to mildew smelling clothes. This washer completely removed that issue. Also, the drum stays cleaner because water doesn’t just sit after a cycle. It’s really simple to use even with all the options. I plan to get a second one installed.

Great Combo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the machine!! It has been very simple to use and walks you through each new step that you use on the screen with step by step instructions. Love that it sends alerts to your phone when the cycles are done and makes laundry super simple even for teenagers who forget switch loads in between. Cycles aren’t too bad either, may take a little longer but definitely worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I absolutely love our 5.3 cu. ft. Bespoke AI Vented Laundry. We were honestly surprised by how much of a difference it made compared to our old setup. The capacity is great, it handles big loads without feeling overloaded, and the clothes come out clean and fresh every time.
The AI features are actually useful too, not just some gimmick. It does a great job sensing what the load needs, and it makes laundry feel a lot less like a chore. My wife especially likes how sleek and modern it looks, and I like that it feels solid, quiet, and efficient.
Overall, we are extremely happy with it. It looks great, works great, and has made laundry day a lot easier in our house. Definitely glad we went with this one.

Save your time. Combine washer with dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very convenient for the user because you don't need to change between the washer and the dryer and the cycles are really fast. The cleaning quality is very good. The removal of all the linen is very easy. The fact that you can control it via Wi-Fi is very convenient as well. The load capacity is enormous so you can put the entire bed sheets and covers in one load. Great purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely hate this appliance. While the idea is great, the efficiency is lacking. It takes 3 hours for a normal load and it is never entirely dry when the cycle is finished. I have to add an extra 30 min dry cycle to every single load to actually get the stuff dry. Super frustrating after waiting 3 hours to finish, just to add more dry time to it.
Super annoying safety feature- the appliance locks while in use so once the dryer has been started it will not unlock until after a cooling period. The cooling period takes 5+ mins. I’m 40 years old, I have yet to burn myself from a dryer. This is the dumbest safety feature ever and cannot be turned off or overrode. It is really frustrating when you are in a hurry.
The screen glitches constantly. Sometimes it will overlay 2 or more different screens over top of each other. Makes reading the screen hard. Sometimes the screen will say it’s drying when you selected a dry cycle but it will start a wash cycle instead. Super frustrating when you were trying to get your clothes dry and now you’ve got to wait another 3 hours for it to finish…. Again.
Sometimes it randomly spits out fabric softner on clothes after they’ve washed and are drying. Time to rewash the load and waste some more time. Super frustrating.
Sometimes it leaves a puddle on the floor. It appears to be leaking from where it adds the detergent and softener. Only does it once every couple weeks.
Over all would not buy again & would only recommend to someone I hate. I simply cannot catch up on laundry due to the time it takes to actually wash and completely dry a load. & then when it’s washing when you needed it to dry your clothes. & you’re rewashing to get the random spots of softner off your clothes. It’s an uphill battle & it seems the machine is working against you.
This washer has caused more fights in the last 10 months than we have had in our marriage over the past 20 years. Husbands do not buy this for your wife. She will hate you for it.
