BEFORE YOU BUY… honest review of why I miss my set

I have had my machine for 2 months now and quickly realized how I miss my old set. This is supposed to save time, however nothing is fully dry unless I run the dryer separately. There are limited options provided when running both wash/dry setting.
If you are lucky enough to have a dedicated laundry room, then this point won’t apply. But if you have a laundry room that is shared with door leading into the garage, This may apply to you. We had to run out drainage hose and water lines to accommodate the awkward and large size of the machine. In order for our laundry door and the door leading to the garage from banging up against the machine and because you can’t switch the placement of the door to swing out a different way. Options may be VERY limited.
It is not a pet friendly machine as all my dark clothes appear to collect more dog hair then the vent itself.
The drum is so small that I’m actually having to do smaller loads which means this combo really isn’t “time saving”. I now have to take all of my washable rugs to the laundry mat.
There’s a setting that you have to drain the water, however they place the valve at the bottom of the machine. However the placement I feel it was an after thought rather than thinking things through and realizing that gravity is a thing.
The hose is at the bottom and can’t drain into a bowl/bucket because of a) the hose is too small and b) it can’t properly drain due to gravity (the hose would be in an S shape)
In total— if I could have a do over. I WOULDN’T buy this machine

No dewrinkle mode! No reason not to!

No dewrinkle or steam dewrinkle? Im going to keep this as one stars until they update this. That's a feature that was on my dryers from a decade ago. I have the vented combo and even it doesn't? I can understand the ventless more but that a shame. Also the way that the vent hole is at the top allows for way more hair to get trapped in the drum instead of ejected to the vent filter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love everything about it except for the capacity. It’s supposed to be able to hold a lot of laundry and when we put more than seven towels and it jumps around.
I love the fact that I can put laundry in and the AI cycle will do everything for me until it’s done drying. I also love the fact that it auto calculates how much laundry soap and softener it needs. The large capacity liquid holders are terrific so I only have to fill it every month.
