The performance has been frustrating.

I’m disappointed with my Bespoke AI Laundry machine. I had high expectations, but the performance has been frustrating. The AI Wash+Dry feature, which is supposed to automatically detect load size and moisture levels, consistently falls short. It often leaves my clothes damp, even after long cycles. I’ve had to run additional dry-only cycles—sometimes up to 1.5 hours—and clothes are still not fully dry. I’ve checked the filters and everything is clean, so that’s not the issue. At this point, it seems only suitable for very light loads like socks and underwear. Definitely not what I expected from a premium appliance marketed as “intelligent.”

Incompatible with current internet protocol!!

WARNING. This product WILL NOT connect to the internet if your service provider uses Ipv6 or 5g (the current standard). After hours on the phone and video calls with samsung tech support they basically said "oh well, sorry about you luck". No solution, no resolution, I would have been content with not using the smart features and give me a small rebate. It will definitely effect my buying decisions knowing that samsung product is a gamble. Why would they design a device that isn't compatible with current internet protocol? Beats me, but I'm not only disappointed, I'm pretty amazed. Also they told me they don't have a customer service team, so there's that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring causes error

DO NOT BUY!

We have had this product for about 8 months. First of all, the weight of it is unbelievable. It will take at least 4 guys to move it, if need be. It does not fit in a normal washer space. We have leveled it many times and it still shakes the entire house while washing. The shaking is so bad it shakes my daughter's bed upstairs. I'm worried my mirror on the other side of the wall will eventually fall. I won't do laundry if I have company because the shaking is embarrassing. We called Samsung for hep and they treated us like we didn't know what we were talking about. Finally they sent someone to our house. He did the same things we had already done, then left. Still the shaking continues. We have animals and are frequently having to clean out extra filters. Something I never had to do with my old set. It does not wash the pet hair out of anything! A lot of the time, our clothes come out so wrinkled we can't wear them. A very annoying thing is cooling time after the dryer. We do not run wash and dry in one cycle. The clothes come out feeling stiff and uncomfortable. We add dryer sheets between wash and dry. This defeats the point of the combo set. Although I do like that I dont have to swap the clothes. Also, I do like that I don't have to add detergent and fabric softener every load. Those two things are the only good thing about this product. I would never suggest this product. It is by far the WORST thing we have bought

Please do not waste your money! My wife bought one last year and its already broke. Customer service does nothing to help. I will never buy samsung product ever again!

Worth the price 100%

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Zero issues with the machine thus far, have had it for over 2 months. This thing can hold a TON of clothes or large bedding items which is a major plus for me. You never have to worry about the mildew smell post wash since it dries itself out. A bunch of settings to get the ideal wash/dry (wrinkle prevent, pause in between to take out stuff, and regulat wash/dry features).
Only cons: if you use pods only you'll still get a "detergent/fabric softener storage empty" every time, haven't found a way to disable that. This thing is HEAVY, it is 300 pounds so be prepared to get some help moving it. I will say, however, because its so heavy (as well as with the calibration the machine does before the first wash) it never shakes wildly.
Last pro i almost forgot: this thing is SILENT, so nice especially if you live in an apartment to not hear it all the time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dead after only 2 month

Dryer portion dead allready after 2 month.... unit errors out and pauses over and over. Error is unit heater. Pay this much money for it to die after only 2 months

I Love ❤️ the features

Learning the features from online. My phone alerts me off the progress and when finished. I have to learn how to set from my phone. Hubby is having trouble downloading the app. Other than that so far so great.
