Save your money, read reviews, do not purchase!

I was so hopeful about this purchase. What a space saver. We are barely a year out from purchase, and it is a disaster. This appliance requires so much maintenance; it is truly mind boggling.
If you do a lot of laundry, if you have pets, 10/10 do not recommend this machine.
After a year, I am required to clean out the filter every two weeks. I am not sure why as I clean the lint filter daily. There is a tube that is supposed to drain the water to a "bowl" or "bucket". That is false, it spills all over the floor. Sadly, I am stuck with this machine for the foreseeable future.
Besides the maintenance, this machine dries clothes terribly. Once upon a time you threw pants in the dryer to get the wrinkles out, not with this one! It barely dries, taking more then one cycle.
It truly is a huge mistake to purchase. Save your money.

Bespoke runs like a dream

I just had this model installed in my home and it was one of the easier appliance installs I have experienced this year. Once the delivery team finished install then initated first wash/dry cycle the Bespoke ran like a dream. I had to go back down stairs to ensure tbe machine was still running due to the lack of noise. The unit is also a quaint 44 inches so it relatively fits in any laundry space paired that with it's sleek color design this model is a great edition to any household.

We had high hopes for this Washer/Dryer combo unit, but we are disappointed in its performance. The unit is installed on a pedestal. The level has been checked multiple times, and the Product Care Calibration ran.
During the Wash cycle spin the unit will vibrate and dance. Sometimes so violently it will move a couple of inches.
Called the support line and thought we had a handle on the problem. We decreased the load to a medium load thinking that was the fix. It was not. Looking into the door window during the spin shows the drum appears unbalanced.
At a loss at this time. Very disappointed.

It doesn’t dry as well as needed. The comforter had to dry twice. The space it takes care of is wonderful. It looks wonderful. So nice. Well worth it. Glad my Lowe’s rep told me about it.

Real-Life Family-Tested and Still Obsessed After a

We’ve had the Samsung Bespoke All-in-One Combo for just over a year now, and it’s safe to say it’s survived (and conquered) real-life chaos. We’re a loud, busy, animal-raising, kid-chasing family of seven. Between scouts, jujitsu, cadet corps, FFA, and marching band, our laundry isn’t “a little dirty” — it’s a full-contact sport. Add in farm life, three dogs, a cat, and two adults (one who works on motorcycles and one who somehow stays spotless), and you can imagine the laundry mountain we face daily.
This machine has handled it all. Mud, grease, pig mess, mystery stains — gone. I load it at night, go to bed, and by morning: clean, dry, fresh clothes. The automatic detergent and softener dispensers are a dream — I refill detergent once a month and softener every six weeks, and it even reminds me when to run its self-clean cycle.
The ventless design is genius — no more clogged dryer hoses or lint disasters. After a full year of daily use (often two loads a day), I’ve only had to do one quick five-minute deep clean. The lint filter is easy to access and clean, and it’s surprisingly quiet for all it does.
The steam feature is a lifesaver for my husband’s work clothes — most come out ready to hang and wear. I iron far less now, which is its own kind of miracle.
We’ve also noticed lower utility bills — less water use and a noticeable drop in our Edison bill since it runs on a standard outlet instead of high voltage.
After a year, this machine hasn’t missed a beat. I genuinely wish we’d switched sooner. If we could, we’d replace every appliance in our home with Samsung Bespoke — but with a family of seven, that’ll take some saving up!
If you’re on the fence, jump. This washer-dryer combo is absolutely worth it.
