love the automatic detergent/softener dispensers. the drum is huge and takes a lot of clothes to wash and dry at once. water efficiency has increased and having 2 units integrated into 1 unit and cleaning and drying so well is awesom

Set it and forget, No more clothes sitting forgotn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this machine for about two weeks now and have loved it. One of our biggest struggles before was forgetting to switch the washer to the dryer, and that’s not an issue anymore. It’s so nice to just set it and forget it.
The cleaning performance is exactly what we expected, and the capacity feels just like a normal machine we’ve had in the past. We got the vented version, and we’ve had no issues at all with drying times being extended or clothes not getting fully dry. It has worked great and has been really reliable.
It’s been really efficient to throw a load in before we leave for the day and come home to clean, dry laundry ready to fold.
The AI cycle has been a really nice feature too. We can just load it up, and it senses what the load needs and adjusts accordingly, which makes it even easier. It also shows how much energy is being used, which is a cool bonus and helps us keep an eye on efficiency.
Another feature we’ve really enjoyed is the built-in laundry soap and fabric softener dispensers. No more measuring detergent or tossing pods in — we just fill them up, hit a button, and go.
No more forgetting laundry and having to rewash because it sat too long. It’s been a huge convenience for our family. Highly recommend this washer dryer combo!

Overall, I love my all-in-one washer and dryer. The only thing I do not like and wish they would redesign is the drainage system. If you have animals, the dog and cat hair tends to get clogged up down there, and unfortunately the washer will not continue with cycle since I cannot drain properly if that is not cleaned so when you remove the drain to get the hair out, water goes everywhere this is the only thing I do not like about the washer and dryer otherwise it is amazing

We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with the Bespoke AI machine. It has made doing our laundry so much easier and we can know exactly when the cycles are done thanks to the smart things app.
