Great features but not recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is good but if we load full capacity the washer is moving and it takes longer time to wash and dry for full load capacity around more than 3hours. Cleaning and automation is good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s great to know you’re enjoying the cleaning and smart features, and we can see how that can make laundry feel a bit more effort with regular loads.
The Laundry Combo can sense your clothes automatically and adjust the settings for you. It uses more time and detergent for dirtier loads, and gentler settings for delicate items.

If your unit moves during use, it’s usually due to how the laundry is placed inside, especially with larger items. For best performance, make sure the washer is level and the shipping bolts have been removed.

Great washer for a Samsung user

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As most i think would expect, this is a machine that would very much work within an already existing Samsung ecosystem (granted I haven't tried it out with other ecosystems). However, it gets the job done which is most important at the end of the day. The capacity is quite good given i live by myself so I would recommend this machine under similar conditions.
