Excellent purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never really thought about a washer-dryer combo but I needed a little more room in my laundry room to move the cat box out of the theater room. I looked at the reviews that had a large population of reviews and saw it had a 4.5 on that site. So I pulled the trigger and so far after 1 week it is amazing. The unit has a 5.3 Cu Ft capacity which fits even my largest loads. It is very smart using AI technology. I hate AI when it comes to social media but I love it here. The system is very sleek looking. I did not have room for the base so for me it's a little low but very manageable without the base. I went back after to buy the base to raise it up 15" and I am sure I will love it even more. I just need to raise my cabinets in my laundry room. The performance is amazing. Clothes come out perfectly dry. This machine does everything...oh except fold the clothes and put them away. Don't hesitate get this machine but get the VENTED version. I hear the non-vented works but takes a lot longer to dry.

Great washer and dryer.

My only issues were the hose under the washer and dryer that has the detergent was leaking when i got it then the tech broke the door. So now i am wating for a new door. You cant change the way the dryer dries on small load so you have to wait for it to finish and then go down and put it on low instead of high. Which ki da defeats the purpose of having a combo. I wish there was a way to change that. So in all setting you can adjust the dryer weather low or high heat. The capacity is great i can was my king comforter in there no issues. I do a least one load of landry a day and other then that havent had any issues.

I have one that's about 14 months and it's showing an error code on the motor. It's just out of warranty. Never had an issue with any of the other washers that have had in the past this is just not acceptable for something of this price range and of this brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

And we love that we have a 10 min window to unload our delicates and start the dryer. The clothes come out perfectly dried. The unit looks like art work dramatic and sexy. I never thought I would say that about a major appliance.
