Cleans well, has its own cleaning mode and tells you when it’s ready for that. Couldn’t be happier at how much it can wash as well and low water use is nice too! Thanks Samsung!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were a little apprehensive about this unit, and I am on my second load, but it’s incredibly quiet, our first load was a super speed with some jeans, shorts and tshirts and it was done in less than an hour. It looks great and the system has been super easy to learn. I will say that it is larger and heavier than most so make sure you got the space. Otherwise I am loving it!

Great combo, just wish I could connect to the app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my all in one machine. It’s quite literally a game changer when it comes to washing and drying. I’ve never had an issue with it cleaning even the toughest of stains and grime. Even my Alaskan king comforter fits in this thing, and it is awesome! I love the ai setting as well!
However, it’s been months and I cannot get the dang thing to connect to SmartThings! I’ve even tried to go through every step in the manual, and troubleshoot, and I cannot get it connected. There’s an AP button, but you must be connected to the WiFi to use it which makes no sense to me. It’s a bummer because I love my smart home.
But we have been able to use the washer without the feature. It’s just a little upsetting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Having a washer that handles tough loads, large items, and smart features smoothly makes a big difference day to day, and getting connected to SmartThings is an important part of making the most of those features.
Connecting to SmartThings is usually simple, but issues can happen due to Wi-Fi setup, pairing steps, or connection mode. Making sure the washer is in AP mode and your phone is on a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network can help. If the connection doesn’t go through, try checking your network, restarting the washer, and going through the setup again.

Love my machine

But after one day I realized how amazing laundry could be when you don’t have to switch the load from the washer to the dryer. It is also amazing that it talks to my tvs and my phone letting me know when a load is done. For one load of laundry it takes about 100 minutes from start to finish.
