Control panel error

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The system gives errors at least once a month and it has to be turned off or unplugged to clear the error. It needs an extra drying time to get everything dry most of the time in medium to large loads.

Loving the combo washer dryer

The features are really great with so many different types of cycles, it makes it easy to properly wash all our different laundry. Love the auto dispensers and anti wrinkle features. Plenty of space for large loads, lots of towels or bedding. It is sleek and saves so much space.

Makes life easier and we all need that

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, we are in love with this. It’s just one less thing to have to worry about. This is my first time buying electric. I wish there was more education on what you need to set it up, it was my bad for not looking into it, but I spent 2k on it and then had to buy a cord, then another 1k for an electrician to set up the plug it needed.

I hate transferring my load and it prevents all mildew if you somehow forgot to transfer the load from washer and dryer. It also saves a tom of space so I was able to make a cleaning nook which originally I didn’t have the space for. This is my second of these machines, and if I ever move again I’d be buying a 3rd. I also love they have vented option but previously I had ventless which was perfect for my small condo too

Also, I’ve only filled it with detergent & softener 1 time and we’ve had it 3 months. We wash at least a load every other day.

The capacity is excellent, making it convenient to wash larger loads without needing multiple cycles. It’s efficient in terms of combining washing and drying in one unit, which saves space in my home.
However, there are a couple of drawbacks that keep it from earning a full 5 stars. The user interface is not intuitive and takes some time to learn, which can be frustrating at first. Additionally, the full wash-and-dry cycles are long, typically taking about 5 to 6 hours to complete. This means you need to plan your laundry schedule accordingly.
Despite these minor setbacks, the machine delivers great results and is a reliable, space-saving solution for those who want an all-in-one laundry appliance.
