The capacity is impressive — I can fit a full king comforter and still have room to spare, and it comes out fully dry in a single cycle. No more moving wet laundry from washer to dryer or waiting around for the next load.
The automation is genuinely smart. It senses load size and soil level, picks the right wash and dry settings, and the AI cycle recommendations have been spot-on. Steam refresh on dress shirts has saved me from ironing more than once.
Efficiency is excellent too. Heat pump drying is gentle on clothes and noticeably easier on our energy bill compared to the old vented dryer it replaced. Cycles run quieter than I expected — we can run a load in the evening without it bothering anyone.
Build quality feels solid, the controls are intuitive, and the SmartThings app actually adds value (cycle notifications, remote start, troubleshooting tips). Highly recommend if you're tight on space or just want to simplify laundry day.

Simply amazing

Best machine I have ever invested my money in. There is no more forgetting to switch over laundry amd rewashing again bc everyone forgot to switch the load over. It washes so many clothes at once. I’m impressed. It can definitely wash a normal sized queeen or even king comforter. Most everything is always dry when it comes out except on occasion those thick towels. But they just need to air dry a bit and they are good to go. The same with any other dryer. I’m very impressed. I absolutely love this machine. Detergent lasts a while too. Laundry always smells good. Saves so much time. I wish everyone had this option. I truly do enjoy it. Way better than I expected. I was very skeptical.
