Best Appliance Upgrade I’ve Made in Years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been extremely impressed with the Samsung Bespoke AI Ventless Combo Washer/Dryer. The convenience of washing and drying clothes in one machine is a huge upgrade, especially for busy schedules. Being able to start a load and come back to completely dry clothes without transferring anything feels surprisingly life-changing.
The ventless heat pump design is another major advantage. Installation is much easier since it runs on a standard outlet and doesn’t require a traditional dryer vent. It also runs noticeably quieter and gentler on clothes compared to conventional dryers.
The AI features actually feel useful instead of gimmicky. The machine automatically adjusts wash and dry settings based on the load, and the SmartThings integration makes it easy to monitor cycles remotely. The auto-dispense detergent system is also incredibly convenient and saves time every week.
Capacity is excellent for a combo unit — it easily handles large family loads, bedding, and towels. Drying performance is much better than older combo machines, and clothes come out soft without overheating.
What surprised me most is how modern and premium the unit feels. The touchscreen, design, and overall build quality make the laundry room feel high-end.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer had an issues when we initially bought. Good thing it was under warranty. I expected more from this combo, but most of the time the dryer does not dry completely. Even after the heating element was replaced, every so often you’ll have to unplug the equipment to reset it for it to dry. Then, you’ll have to clean the hose filter which is too short to catch the water. So floor is always flooded with water. I would not purchase again.
