[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this machine, I hated how often I'd start a load of wash and forget about it for days. This solves that problem for me! All I need to do is remember to remove the clean laundry and refill the automatic detergent dispenser. Dont have to worry about the rubber lining molding like the old school type as this one opens automatically.

Samsung can do better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had 3 of these. 1 was bought back by Samsung, 2 are still operating. About every 3 months we have to take the top off, disconnect the ducting to the condenser and vacuum out the lint build up. Certainly not engineered correctly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the machine since October purchased since our other pair were getting old and wearing out and due to the fact that whoever built the house put the washer hookup in the garage and the dryer hookup in the dining room. I appreciate the efficiency and convenience however the only downside is the time it takes per load and the fact that they don’t come out completely dry. It’s over all so far a nice machine and I do like the features that comes with it.
