I feel cheated! I read reviews and did research. I have had the machine in my home for less than 30 days and it has already been a nightmare. it has given two error codes about the heat exchanger and then last night it flooded my entire laundry room. I have never experienced such a poor result from a supposed premium machine. I requested a refund and/or exchange to a normal non all in one. Samsung told me no and that there was nothing that they can do. Of course I scheduled the repair but this is very alarming already!! I feel cheated.

It’s the best, and the Alexa integration is great—Alexa notifies you when it’s finished. Don't hesitate; you should buy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this unit a couple months now. It’s been great. Throw everything in hit start and laundry is washed and dried. I have the space for a washer and dryer but prefer the all in one solution not just for convenience but safety. This doesn’t have a dryer vent to get clogged over heat and cause fires. One of our biggest fears. It has saved us money on top of it. Very happy with this purchase.

Love the Combo machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine! It’s onboard soap dispensing is mess free and a time saver. The versatility of the features/parameters let me wash everything and dry perfectly (if desired) without high heat. The heat pump does not add a degree of heat to the laundry room and the efficiency of the lint screen catches all the lint; no fuzz or dust. The machine reminds me to perform the maintenance tasks, such as tube clean, and all it takes is to touch the start button. It send a message to my phone to tell me when it done. I just it would fold the clothes too! Maybe that will be included in the next model 🤔
