We know how important the soap dispensing feature is in your laundry routine, and it’s good to hear your unit is under warranty.
One thing to check is that the detergent isn’t filled past the MAX line and that you’re using HE detergent. Residue buildup can also affect how it flows during the cycle.

Great washer/dryer with no problems so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer saves time by not having to go to your laundry room and remove items from washer and load into dryer. Its also capable of playing music while you fold your laundry and much more! Only downside in my opinion is that big loads tend to take about 5 hours or so. However, leaving a big load in before you go to bed is awesome because when you wake up its nice and dry!
