Great but too complicated

I’m sure I’ll learn to like it more than my precious w/d, but right now I miss being able to toss some clothes in the dryer with a wet washcloth and just turn the dial to how long I want to dry and select the heat level (to get wrinkles out). Everything on this one requires multiple menu selections and each cycle is way too long. I want to fluff my comforter when I change the bedding - but the air fluff options don’t include heat. I miss being able to toss clothes in the w/d and turn a dial or hit a button and you’re off a running. Otherwise it’s great - just difficult to set up and learn the most efficient way to do what you want.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It has been such a game changer having the washer and dryer combined into one machine. Not having to transfer clothes from the washer to the dryer saves so much time and makes laundry feel way less like a chore.
The ventless design is also a huge plus because I didn’t have to worry about a traditional dryer vent. I love the sleek Bespoke design—it looks modern and high-end and fits beautifully in my laundry room.
The AI features are really convenient, and the large capacity is great for keeping up with a busy household. It runs quietly, cleans clothes well, and having everything in one machine is incredibly convenient.
Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. It’s stylish, convenient, and has made laundry so much easier. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an all-in-one washer and dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the cycle options and that I can pause in between the wash and dry cycles to take clothes out before drying starts also the AI cycle senses how long it takes to wash and dry on its own. This machine saves water and energy and cost for our home. It also saves space on the laundry room
