The biggest advantage is the convenience of having a washer and dryer in one machine. I can load my clothes, start a cycle, and come back later to everything completely washed and dried without having to transfer laundry between machines.
The AI features are surprisingly useful because the machine automatically adjusts settings based on the load, helping save time and energy. It's also very quiet compared to traditional laundry setups, which is great if it's located near living spaces.

Great features and convenience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the product! Easy to use and is small enough for the space we need it for. A couple of issues I’ve encountered is machine not filling up with enough water and I wish we were able to start the machine from the App. There is the option to input the wash settings and they are sent to the washer, but you still have to physically press start on the machine. Other than that I love it. This is my second set of Samsung products.
