Crazy good drying on top of it all

Samsung ventless bespoke ai all in one. 327 pounds of cleaning power. It cleans clothes and dries like no other. Loaded with features and smarts. A Miriam of settings for wash cycles and many options for each. Super easy to use and I like the ai functions. Some cycles are really long like bedding like 8 hours one time idk but the result is something else. Ventless is great and the remote usage is a plus. Very satisfied with purchase. I would like air fluff option for dry cycle so that should be added. Otherwise you have to set it manually after wash. Software update include. The drying is way better than regular dryer. No wrinkles clothes come out steam-fresh.
The unit hardly vibrates and is super duper quiet the whole time. And it talks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE my all-in-one washer and dryer! The capacity is incredible, and I love how easy it makes laundry. I literally just throw in the dirty clothes, turn it on, and they come out perfectly clean and completely dry!

Could be faster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity is good, but the only downside of the all in one model is not being able to run multiple loads at once. With a typical 2 machine setup, I’d be starting a load in the dryer while starting a fresh load in the washer, which would save time. Now I have to wait for a full cycle to end before I can start a new one, which puts me back time wise. Moisture levels are good. Clothes do come out slightly damp and need a quick shake, as per the manufacturer instructions. The options for cycles is helpful. Large loads, bedding, quick wash are all great. Low noise and vibration. I used to be able to hear our old washer throughout the house and now I do t hear anything.

Great Features and Ease of Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Going from a tradition washer/dryer combo set to a all-in-one, I was wary of some criticisms. Such as longer washing/drying time, smaller capacity, vibration concerns, and clothes not feeling dry/moist. After using this machine for almost 6 months, I can say those issues are limited in my use case. For context, my machine is hooked up in the garage. I usually run 3 to 4 loads of laundry per week. Between work clothes, towels, light and dark laundry, I have used the default AI Opti Wash & Dry cycle. Only change I've made is tap cold as I believe it is better for clothes longevity. Back to washing/drying time, yes it does take longer then a 2 set combo. But, the time you save transferring or forgetting to transfer is such a nice thing to not worry about. Also, using the smart things app allows you to monitor progress even when away from the machine. And the capacity is smaller, but it is so easy to do more loads since it auto-dispenses detergent. And by doing laundry more often, it does a better job with moisture. I find that with the open door option after completion helps with drying the clothes further. And lastly, I find the noise to be less than my old dryer. I think the heft of the machine helps dampens the vibration as it does not shake side to side like my older dryer did. At least, much less than my old dryer. All in all, so glad I switched to a all in one washer/dryer as the ease and convenience have made laundry day set and forget. Now if only it could fold laundry too, then laundry day would be such a breeze.

Worst Appliance I have ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I could give this appliance zero or negative Stars I would. It requires constant product care, draining, cleaning etc. It constantly stops and you have to restart. It took 12hrs to wash and dry a load of towels this weekend....12hrs! If you do not get the clothes out immediately, they wrinkle. You cannot launder a large load because it leaves wrinkles in shirts. Dryer vent is not made to be functional. We finally broke down and have ordered a washer and dryer. The 12hrs to do a load of towels was the last straw. Do not recommend and we have multiple items by Samsung

This machine is a piece of junk. I have had it for about 6 months and I’ve already had it serviced 3 times and it’s broken again. The clothes still smell when they come out, they are not dry at the end of the dry cycle. It constantly gives error codes. We’ve had it leak several times. When you try to schedule a service callout Samsung online it’s almost impossible. You get a message to troubleshoot it online or over the phone when you clearly need someone to come out to service it. Do not buy this product. We have vented one also and it’s only slightly better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
