Good potential but can be improved

The product is very helpful and saves time. But the wash and drying quality isn’t consistent. Also the bottom most flap opens so easily

I’ve been using my Samsung Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Combo, and I’m really happy with it. It cleans clothes exceptionally well, even on larger loads, and the spin cycle removes so much water that drying takes less time. It’s quiet, energy-efficient, and offers plenty of wash and dry settings for different fabrics. The sleek design looks great in my laundry room, and the controls are easy to use. Overall, it’s been reliable, saves me time, and makes laundry much easier. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality washer and dryer combo.

While the idea is phenomenal, the product is mediocre. The drying mode is not always reliable and there are always wrinkles even on wrinkle prevent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Technology has come far, but still has a way to go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is nice to start and forget it until it is washed and dried, but the cleaning of a double vent and the drain is a pain to deal with. Also the amount of time to do multiple loads is not doable for one day, if your laundry day used to be Sunday like me. Now I do a load once a night or every other night, over night. So in the morning if what I have to wear is the drier from the night before, it might have to be air fluffed.
