[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the easy load wash and then dry feature. It's easy enough for our kids to easily do their own laundry. One hassle that I don't like and think could be designed better is the lint trap gets clogged up after awhile, requiring deep cleaning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer function is electric and no dryer vent is required. This is a smart appliance and you can connect to it via the Samsung SmartThings app (you must create an account). This means you can check the status, download wash profiles, and perform some basic operations. It also tells you its energy use and reminds you to clean the lint filter or run the clean cycle. However, sometimes it says the clean cycle should be run even though you already ran the clean cycle. There are many wash profiles and you can adjust the options (temperature, load size, amount of detergent to dispense, whether to run the dry cycle, etc). Although it is very convenient to wash and dry your clothes without having to unload and load in between, the wash and dry cycle takes 2 or more hours to run. If you have multiple loads to wash then it will be a long wait.
I would recommend this to a friend!
