It cleans out most of the stains in just one wash. The best feature this that it gets connected to the phone really easily and you can just send all the settings for your wash from your phone. You will get a notification if your tv is also connected to SmartThings

Great Performance, but Vent Cleaning Is a Major Is

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung AI Combo washer and dryer works great overall, but cleaning the dryer vent is almost impossible. If the vent isn’t cleaned regularly, the drying time increases dramatically. I’ve had loads take more than 5–6 hours to dry completely.

Sure, they slap the "AI" label on the fancy touchscreen and the wash cycles, but let's be real—it's just smart sensors doing standard sensor things. Marketing hype aside, though, it genuinely streamlines laundry day.

- Huge drum that actually fits a king-size comforter without struggling.
- The auto-detergent dispenser and the door that pops open at the end mean you can truly walk away.
- No dryer vent needed, so you can pretty much put this thing anywhere.
Cons
- The "AI" branding is totally overblown; it's not thinking, it's just weighing your clothes.
- Thick blankets or mixed loads can trick the sensors, making cycles drag on way longer than expected.
- You have to be super religious about cleaning out the multi-layered lint filter.
