[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it but if you do a medium to large load, A lot of it comes out wrinkled very bad. The cycle times are long. If you have a family at home this is not for you. I live alone so its not so bad for me. The drying takes a long time. I dont notice any moisture or condensation unless ot is using the steam feature. I leave the door open. Minimal vibration it is very quiet.

The product doesn’t make too much vibration noise during the cycles and which I really like with a sleeping baby at home lol!
The venting system works really good doesn’t hold too much moisture.
I hate wrinkles in my clothes and this system when done drying doesn’t leave and creases or wrinkles in the clothing.

The washer is really good and dries really nicely, The moisture never gets mold on the seal, The noise is very low and there's very little vibration , The no wrinkle feature on the drying is really nice and has no wrinkles when used , And The cycles are relatively short and helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My biggest thing I love the washer for the most part it's capacity is great. I wish there were more settings within the drying cycles. And I feel there needs to be more availability of the spin cycle when relating to moisture. As far as vibration it has been for the most part quieter than my last LG from 2018. Can be a great washer if you can get used to what I stated and if you're taller you'll definitely going to need a pedestal when I purchase this unit the pedestal wasn't available, I have back in injuries from the military and find it very difficult to get to the back of the washer to retrieve laundry. Additionally for the perspective buyer you must buy a portable Shop-Vac to help maintain this unit thank me later.
