[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is amazing I did read the reviews before buying so I was prepared for the comments about it taking really long the washing part does not take that long but the drying does I am not mad about it though because it does save a lot of energy and I am able to check those things for the app.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We’ve had it for a few years now and occasionally have some routine maintenance to do but haven’t had any big issues. I love that it takes up a loss less space and I’ve saved hundreds on laundry detergent due to the smart dispenser.

I feel cheated! I read reviews and did research. I have had the machine in my home for less than 30 days and it has already been a nightmare. it has given two error codes about the heat exchanger and then last night it flooded my entire laundry room. I have never experienced such a poor result from a supposed premium machine. I requested a refund and/or exchange to a normal non all in one. Samsung told me no and that there was nothing that they can do. Of course I scheduled the repair but this is very alarming already!! I feel cheated.
