IT GIVES YOU THE ABILITT TO PLACE YOUR ITEMS INTO THE WASHLER AND DRY , WHICH IS COMPACTED TOGETHER. So load into the machine and one load completely washing and drying your clothing items. No , going up and down the stairs to place clothes into dryer from washer. Bespoke is a washer and dryer combined! Take care of small medium loads easily! For industrial workers who have to work in rough environments this is The best!

Awesome but could use some tweaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s very nice to be able to use one machine. However the time it takes to complete a load are very misleading from the advertisements and take much longer. Also the coils collect pet hair and lent which is frustrating because it’s very hard to reach. I feel like they could’ve been designed for easier maintenance. We love everything else just wish it were a little more convenient.
