I love being able to wash and dry my clothes in one machine without having to transfer loads. The AI features do a great job of selecting the right settings, and my clothes come out clean, fresh, and dry every time. It’s surprisingly quiet, easy to use, and the sleek modern design looks amazing in my laundry space. It’s a huge time-saver and perfect for anyone looking for convenience without sacrificing performance. I highly recommend it!

Great concept with some annoying big issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the concept and the fact that you put it in once and take it out once. The biggest problems are the location of the laundry detergent is not particularly accessible because they’re in the bottom of the machine. The biggest downfall of the machine itself is it drawing capability it clogs up often and you have to clean the lint from the entire top of the unit. Even if you clean the lint trap every time eventually you have to take the entire top off of this unit and dismantle it to clean out all of the fuzz that gets lodged in the top of it. That was a very poor craftsmanship in my opinion and is not very convenient. It also does not dry. Well you have to put it on max straw and sometimes you have to dry things two or three times to get them completely dry.
