This is the best washer we ever had our apt had no w/d so this is a life saver plus its a step closer to set it and forget it. We really like that theres no need to switch clothes to a dryer. Your clothes will never smell like moisture from sitting in a wet washer. The drum is very large, it can fit a down duvet insert with no issues and use all the preset cycles it comes with. Does vibrate a little but with some rubber pads under it, its all good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this until in October of 2025. I had 3 service calls due to the dryer and the 4th time wasn’t repairable. I got a depreciated amount refund even though it was still under warranty and that was my only option. Also after so many washes you have to manually drain the washer and clean out the washer filter which is very inconvenient. I did like that the detergent and softener dispenser held quite a bit of liquid and didn’t have to put in everytime since my kids forget sometimes. I also liked that I could operate it from my phone to make it easier for my kids.
I won’t recommend this model at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
