Overall happy with my purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was great for about the first year then the maintence on the machine started to increase. Lint clogs up the drain and if you don’t clear it, it sucks out all the laundry soap into one load. About 4 years in and I had to tear it apart again because the clothes were not drying properly to find a massive amount of lint stuck in the back of the machine. Aside from these minor complaints the machine has treated us very well. Think I would go with the vented model next time and see if the maintenance of lint cleaning goes away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this so far. We still have a separate dryer so it mostly gets used as a washing machine. It is nice to have wash and dry feature for overnight or if we are gone all day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s very convenient to not have to swap loads constantly but would be nice to come with an attachment for a vacuum to help clean the lint from the heat exchanger would be even better if it had a larger compartment for detergent but other than that’s it’s a great machine

Plenty of capacity, and dries well. Able to modify settings as desired. Neither noisy nor quiet, but just about right. Quieter than my last matched set. Great space-saver to have only one piece.
