All around- a phenomenal washer & dryer! I’ve had this for a few months now- let me tell y’all about the Pros & Cons-
Pros:

Quick Washes and Drying Cycles!

Easy to use UI & Super efficient with the built in apps!

Cons:
No Pre-Wash option- I feel as though that’s the only missing option.. there’s a rinse & spin option, but kinda would like to have the ability to use a pre-wash option for towels!

2-in-1 Washer/ Dryers are great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were hesitant to buy a 'new' washer after our 15+ year old washer finally died, but we are very pleased with this Samsung 2-in-1.
It's super convenience to put a load in and have it washed and dried all in one cycle. It also takes up much less room, being a 2-in-1.
The heat pump drying is also super efficient and useful, as it cleared up the 30A plug and uses less overall electricity. Though, the cycle times can be quite long because of this.
The AI features and other apps are kind of gimmicky, but I appreciate how it tells us total electricity usage at the end of each cycle.
Only major downside is that the drain filter seems to clog up fairly easily and needs to be cleared more often than I expected, but I imagine this maintenance helps with longevity of the device.

Best purchase ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was one of the best purchase ever made. The efficiency is incredible, you see it on your bill using the AI mode. I was skeptic about "the AI cycle" but is the best of the best. Capacity is great, the installation was clean and easy. The HMI interface great like all Samsung UI.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE my Samsung bespoke AI combo..so efficient on washing clothes overnight and i know it will be ready wash and dry by the morning 🥰.. i can put my big blanket in with no problem at all, many options on what cycle to used and installation was fast and professional,love the touch screen,its like a small tablet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Ventless Combo for a number of months now and it's been a great addition to our laundry room. With Ventless dryer, I don't need to worry about over drying my clothes, it does it gently and everything comes out nicely dry with no dampness. After the cycle is over, the door automatically opens too, which is a nice feature. The interface is easy and pretty dope. The washer is big enough to wash a huge blanket.
