[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with my purchase of the KF7. It turns out i'm not really a steamed milk type of person and more of a frothed milk type of person, and this coffee machine taught me that! It does make great coffee, but it cleans itself a lot, which i find a little tedious. I imagine it is better that way, but I have to dump the tray every other day because it goes through so much water. But like I said, still worth it. You should see the look on my guests' faces when I make them a drink with this machine! Priceless!

Easy and many features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from an entry level super automatic made by a competitor and this model has so many extra features that I’m surprised I went this long on the previous machine. Highly recommend this because it’s simple and makes a consistently good espresso.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used my KF7 every day for the past 3.5 weeks and it is fantastic! I transitioned from a fully manual system to the super automatic and I'm not missing the grinding, filling, tamping, pulling the shot, frothing the milk. This does it all even better than my Bezzera! The crema on the espresso is thick and flavorful. The frothed milk on the cappuccinos is barista quality. The ability to adjust everything, strength and body of the shot, amount of milk, makes this machine all the better!

Machine makes great coffee but uses a lot of water.

After an extensive search of espresso machines to replace my 8 year old Phillilps I landed on the KF7. So far I am really happy with the decision. The machine provides excellent espresso and I cannot wait to try the other drinks it products

Bought this in July 2025. Have generally been happy with the coffee it makes - at least until recently. Has started to exhibit odd behavior, such as coffee being ground without making pucks (hence, no coffee made, just wasted beans), extra loud and explosive steam noises, and so on. Has been regularly cleaned, and multiple descalings on the same day eventually helped. Relatively poorly detailed assistance from manual, but fortunately found online resources. Expensive cleaning products. I like this unit overall, but am disappointed in the above given the very high price.
